Work In Progress Reports

Work in progress reports are used to ensure repairers are carrying out repairs as agreed, this usually requires us inspecting the vehicle unannounced during the repair process.

We will examine the repair estimate and images together with the vehicle and any notes the original engineer made.

A report is then submitted to our client detailing the current progress of the repair and any concerns that our Engineer may have.
